About us

Church of the Redeemer, which was established in Brooklyn in 1987, offers its members and the community:

A Place To Worship

The main reason to commune with one another is to put our attention on God, to worship Him and receive His blessing and that He inspires us. Each time we meet is a special occasion for spiritual renewal. We hope that's what you find today.

A Place to Learn

For us, studying the Bible is vital not only because it instructs us intellectually but also guides us spiritually. We believe in the Bible and accept it as God's Word for us, a book that is alive and is relevant to life today. Knowing its truths is an exciting adventure.

A Place to Expand Our Knowledge

We offer many opportunities for people of all age: the calendar is full of special programs and ministries for children, youth and adults. You can be assured within this range of activities your personal knowledge will be expanded.

A Place for Friendship

There is nothing that compares to the joy of Christian friendship. That is why it is a priority for us to form lasting bonds between members of our faith community; these bonds of affection and Christian love continue to spread. We would like to include you too.

A Place to Serve Others

Just as Jesus came "not to be served but to serve ..." we accept the responsibility to assist the needy. This applies both to our faith community and those who are not part of our community. We hope to serve you and hope to see you again.
